By using the NightCrawl mobile app ("the app"), operated by SDO Sports and Tech LLC, you agree to these terms.

What NightCrawl Is

NightCrawl is a directory and aggregator of publicly available police/fire scanner and severe-weather livestreams hosted on YouTube and Twitch. NightCrawl does not host, produce, or control any stream content. All streams are the property of their respective creators and platforms, and NightCrawl is not affiliated with or endorsed by any streamer, YouTube, or Twitch.

Content Disclaimer

• Stream content, incident information, and schedules are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• Incident alerts and live-status indicators are informational only and must not be relied upon for emergency response or personal safety decisions. Always follow official guidance from local authorities.
• Availability of any stream is controlled by its creator and hosting platform and may end at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive volume, or submit false, unlawful, or abusive content through ratings, suggestions, or feedback.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDO Sports and Tech LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any content presented in it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be available at this page.
